Well, here goes.
After following the blogs of a couple of friends for a while, I’ve decided to embark on a brave new journey through the world of cyber-publishing and start a blog of my own. It’s likely to be a trip that is fraught with perils and tales of derring-do (or more likely, long-windedness and awful alliteration). But bear with me friends and we’ll face the trials together. (Speaking of trials, why is it that the blog theme I really like doesn’t display the tagline? And why do I feel the pressing need for a tagline? Is it indicative of my subconcious desire to add a subtext to everything? Are these too many questions to ask in an aside?)
Ahem, anyways … for now this is just a short, semi-considered posting to get the ball rolling or the bytes flowing, so to speak. As the blog title indicates, this is mostly going to be a collection of bemused musings and arbitrary ruminations of things encountered in my life. In between (as in when I can’t think of something to blab about) I’ll be blogging about my recent trip overseas.
I foretell that the amount of content on this blog is going to be directly proportional to the enthusiasm I feel for it, which in turn is probably going to be inversely proportional to the age of the blog 
At the moment, there are a number of topics that occur to me so come back soon and hopefully I’ll be doing updates regularly (to start with).
